In order to promote awareness and enhance the capacity of stakeholders to implement GEF program in an effective and sustainable manner, the GEF Programme in Pakistan has developed the  GEF Booklet of Pakistan. The publication was realized under the supervision of Mr. Kamran Ali Qureshi, GEF Operational & Political Focal Point, Additional Secretary for the Ministry of Environment. This booklet was launched by the honourable Federal Minister for Environment, on 18th January, 2010, on the occasion of NGOs Convention in Islamabad .
