Prior to joining the GEF, Quynh worked for the World Bank in Vietnam Country Office as a Financial Management Specialist and was responsible for projects in Education, Rural Development and Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Sectors.

Quynh is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA). She holds a Master in Business Administration from the French- Vietnamese Centre for Management Education (CFVG), Hanoi, and a Bachelor in Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.
