Pact Institute and the Global Environment Facility Evaluation Office (GEF EO) signed a letter of intent for collaboration on behalf of two communities: The Community of Practice on Climate Change and Development (Climate-Eval) , hosted by GEF EO, and the Southeast Asia Community of Practice for Monitoring and Evaluation of Climate Change Interventions (SEA Change), hosted by PACT.

The relationship is formed in acknowledgement of the commitment of both the Climate-Eval  and SEA Change to promote the development of high quality monitoring and evaluating climate change products, approaches and frameworks, to advance their associated climate  change and evaluation communities, and to disseminate information and good practices.
