Prepare the ground for implementation of the Convention in Kyrgyzstan; ii. Assist Kyrgyzstan in meeting its reporting and other obligations under the Convention; and iii. Strengthen Kyrgyzstan’s national capacity to manage POPs and chemicals generally. |
