| Description | This GEF Biodiversity Enabling Activity (EA) will assist Angola to prepare a National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (BSAP). The BSAP will guide the design and implementation of interventions to realise the country’s commitments under the Convention on Biological Diversity. Funding is further being allocated for the country to prepare its First National Communications to the Convention. The EA will draw on best practices from earlier BSAP processes and recent guidance for BSAP’s prepared by the GEF and CBD- COP’s. |
