| Description | The main objective of the national capacity needs assessment is to contribute to the global development objective of Mozambique which is poverty eradication by understanding the linkages of the three pillars of development (social, economic and environmental). Thus the project will identify priorities for addressing global environmental aspects as they relate to national priorities, in particular the three Rio Conventions (UNFCCC, UNCBD and UNCCD). |
