The National Implementation Plan will describe how Honduras will fulfill its obligations under the Convention to eliminate POP sources (unintentional byproducts, as well as stocks of pesticides and PCBs) and carry out environmentally sound management of contaminated sites that pose high risks for health and the environment, with a regional perspective. |
