| Description | As stated in the NAPA directives, this project’s justification resides in the fact that it will readily incorporate measures of adaptation to the adverse effects of present and future climate changes in the national poverty reduction programme. The project equally seeks to contribute to the capacity building of local expertise and partners on the ground in order to address the requirements for adaptation to new environmental conditions through a participatory approach. Information contained in the NAPA should help in preparing the second national communication for Guinea. |
