| Implementation Status | Four activities under components 1 and 2 are now completed in Kenya. The other activities are well on track according to the project workplan. However, in Burkina Faso, the project had a long delay in implementation. Only activities related to capacity building of local communities and, identification and training of facilitators led by IUCN are on track. These activities have been sub-contracted to ARECOPA. Those led by MECV started in March 2007. So far four activities led by MECV have been carried out and different progress reports are under revision. |
