| Description | The objective of this project to strengthen the technical and institutional capacities of the Ministry of Housing, Territorial Regulation and Environment to enable the Government to comply with its obligations under the FCCC. This is a two-phase project aimed at effectively reducing emissions of greenhouse gases in Uruguay . The first phase is a technical assistance project to provide information and establish the technical capacity to support the development and execution of investment activities. The second phase is targeted at reducing overall greenhouse gas emissions. |
