Description	The immediate objective of this project is to facilitate the preparation of the first national communication of the Philippines to the Conference of the Parties (COP), in accordance with Article 12.1of the UNFCCC, and the guidelines adopted by COP-2 for the preparation of national communications of non-Annex I Parties.
Implementation Status	In accordance with the project document, an annual work plan was prepared. Detailed/specific activities have been identified and preparatory activities are done for the conduct of various sectoral consultations and focused group discussions among concerned sectors. The conduct of these activities will be done on the start of the next quarter.
