| Description | Through comprehensive professional development and preparation of a BAP, will provide an umbrella framework for concerted biodiversity action in Vietnam and will facilitate leveraging additional funds for priority conservation and sustainable development activities from both national and international sources. The BAP and Conservation Training components are complementary activities which will accelerate implementation of a national programme for conservation of biodiversity designed in the BAP. |
