| Implementation Status | Most of the Pilot projects are almost complete except for the Historic and significant trees and places project that still have more work to be done. The public consultation for the Suwarrow National Park Bill has been carried out and the lawyer is going over the comments from the consultation. The consultation on the Manuae Management Plan project has been completed and report received. The highlight for this quarter was attending the CBD/COP 8 convention in Brazil which was a good learning experience especially trying to follow the different issue at the convention. Island Biodiversity Program of work was one of the issues that the Cook Islands were following. |
