Julienne is the liaison between GEF and HR.

In this capacity, she works closely with the CEO, GEF management team, and the Lead HR Specialist on day-to-day issues pertaining to Human Resources Management of the GEF. As the first point of contact for staff and management, she supports and advises on HR administrative matters.

Prior to joining the GEF, Julienne was part of the World Bank Networks HR team.

Julienne holds a Masters degree in International Management and Development and a Bachelors degree in Finance.
