Dima coordinates Results Based Management at the GEF. She is currently leading the further development and implementation of the GEF’s RBM system to track and report portfolio level results from the over 600 GEF projects under implementation.

Prior to joining the GEF, Dima worked for the United Nations in Lebanon and Japan. At the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) she was in charge of capacity building and training to support the sustainable management and restoration of the Iraqi Marshlands. The project provided water, sanitation, and wetland management options to villages in the Marshlands. She has also worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on renewable energy and energy efficiency issues.

Dima holds a Master in Environmental Science and an MBA from Yale University and a BA in biology from Brown University.
