Raul is part of the External Relations team and has been with the GEF Secretariat for more than 10 years. 

His many duties involve assisting the different functions of the team including publications production, logistical support, event coordination and vendor sourcing for the various branding material of the GEF. 

Before joining the GEF Raul had been working in the private sector manufacturing in Asia.
