The project will therefore have benefits for sustainable land management, and biodiversity conservation, and reduce vulnerability to climate change. The Overall Goal of the full project is to combat land degradation, and contribute to poverty reduction efforts by preserving natural resources through sustainable land management. The project’s overall goal is divided into four immediate objectives: To restore the fertility of cultivable lands, To rationalize the use of sylvo-pastoral ecosystems, To build up technical and managerial capacities among stakeholders and to promote local partnership in DC/PR,
