The new publication series ‘Results in Motion’ illustrates the positive environmental impacts from more than 20 GEF-funded projects and programs. These briefs highlight how GEF financing has translated into tangible outcomes adding up to global environmental benefits. Each brief uses quantitative evidence to show how GEF support has helped countries overcome barriers and deliver durable outcomes. Featured projects span a range of areas including ecosystem restoration, food security, blended finance, support to Indigenous Peoples, and the promotion of ecotourism, jobs, and livelihoods.
