National Implementation Plan for the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants for Fiji

Within the overall objective of the Stockholm Convention, which is to protect human health and the environment from POPs, the project will: (i) prepare the ground for meeting Fiji’s obligations under the Stockholm Convention; (ii) assist Fiji in preparing a National Implementation Plan for POPs; and (iii) enable Fiji to prepare detailed action plans for reducing or eliminating POPs.
