Project Summary
The overall goal of the NAP is to promote global and local benefits through provision for and maintenance of ecosystem health, integrity, stability and function in the context of Trinidad and Tobago’s plans for sustainable economic development.The principal objective of the MSP is to halt and reverse land degradation trends by establishing an enabling environment to combat land degradation through a participatory process, capacity building, mainstreaming of SLM into national development strategies, processes and resource allocation for SLM.
