Global Support Programme for Preparation of National Communications and Biennial Update Reports for non Annex I Parties under the UNFCCC

Improve the quality of non-Annex I Parties' National Communications (NCs) and Biennial Update Reports (BURs), so they are more widely used for national development planning, climate negotiations, and for funding low emission, climate resilient development projects, while they are also submitted to the UNFCCC in a timely manner. The project will also assist countries initiate or intensify domestic preparations for their intended nationally determined contributions.
