Implementing the Socio-Ecosystem Connectivity Approach to Conserve and Sustainable Use Biodiversity in the Caribbean Region of Colombia

to reduce the degradation and fragmentation of strategic ecosystems in the Caribbean Region of Colombia by implementing a strategy of socio-ecosystem connectivities that include inter-institutional articulation, territorial planning, social participation with an intercultural vision, effective management of existing protected areas (PAs), creation of new PAs and the promotion of sustainable production models.
