Completion of the Phase Out of HCFCs Consumption with Support of Low GWP Technologies

To build national technical capacity and remove barriers to the adoption of new low GWP/HCFC-free technology and implement appropriate national standards and regulations to facilitate the complete phase out of HCFCs by 2020 and encourage the avoidance of HFCs as common replacement refrigerant substitutes, thereby ensuring compliance of Belarus with the Montreal Protocol.
