The project aims to reinforce rural communities’ access to a decentralized quality and sufficient power production through micro hydroelectric stations, favouring local development. The project will encourage the use of electricity for production purposes, contributing to the reduction of poverty, while reducing to the minimum Greenhouse Gas, in comparison to other rural electrification options
