Enabling Pakistan to prepare its second Biennial Transparency Report (BTR2) and third BTR with a combined fourth National Communication (BTR3/NC4)

Pakistan has submitted three National Communications, one BUR, and its first BTR (2024), demonstrating strong commitment to UNFCCC and Paris Agreement reporting. Building on this foundation, the project will support preparation of the second BTR and subsequently the combined BTR3/NC4, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and sustainability in national climate transparency.
