The specific objectives are to (i) develop and pilot community-led models for ecosystem restoration and threatened biodiversity recovery in snow leopard range areas in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan; and to (ii) mobilize financing from philanthropic and private sector sources at scale that can be used to support community-led ecosystem restoration and biodiversity conservation over the medium and long-term.
