Preparation of Ghana's Initial Biennial Update Report to UNFCCC

To prepare and submit Ghana’s first biennial update report (BUR) to UNFCCC and in doing so enhance Ghana’s capacity to meet its reporting obligations under the UNFCCC on continous basis.
