Preparation of Gabon's Initial Biennial Update Report to the UNFCCC

To prepare and submit Gabon’s Initial Biennial Update Report (BUR1) to UNFCCC and in doing so enhance Gabon’s capacity to meet its reporting obligations under the UNFCCC on a continuous basis.
