Building the Capacity of Rwanda’s Government to Advance the National Adaptation Planning Process

The objective of the proposed project is an increased capacity of governmental authorities and local communities in Rwanda to plan, fund, implement and monitor climate change adaptation solutions in the medium to long-term. A special focus is the enhancement of the climate change adaptation knowledge base, with a particular emphasis on guiding adaptation planning based on technical and financial effectiveness of adaptation measures.
