To reduce climate vulnerability and enhance the resilience of vulnerable communities in Madagascar to the impacts of climate change by engaging the private sector, promoting innovation, facilitating technology transfer, and scaling up adaptation and resilience-building solutions. The project will focus on the water, energy, food, and agriculture (WEFA) sectors, while also addressing waste management challenges that exacerbate climate vulnerabilities and increase community exposure to climate-related risks.
